About Us – The Story Behind Samco Services
Samco Services didn’t start with a business plan. It started with something deeply personal.
After the loss of a close relative, our director had to organise a house clearance. The company brought in to do the job was quick — but cold. They referred to sentimental belongings as “rubbish,” which left a lasting impression.
So, he decided to do the job himself. Items were carefully sorted, reused where possible, and recycled properly. That single experience sparked the idea for Samco Services.

From the beginning, one thing has always mattered: respect.
Every clearance we take on is treated with care and dignity. Whether it’s a house filled with antiques or everyday belongings, each item tells a story — and deserves to be handled properly.
Wherever possible, suitable items may be donated to charity or rehomed. This not only reduces landfill but also helps people in need. It’s a win-win.
